The acquisition comes at a pivotal moment, as market and customer expectations are rapidly shifting. For years, businesses in regulated industries have focused on creating exceptional front-end customer experiences but often put the complex backend systems on the back burner. With the rapid advancements in AI, the focus has shifted to connecting various data sources to get a true 360-degree view of the customer.
