Using MuleSoft, Zennify integrated Blend, BytePro, NextGen and Salesforce to maintain the status of all loans and mortgages across the organization.
As Salesforce’s go-to Financial Services partner, Republic used Zennify to implement Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), bringing the bank’s technology infrastructure up to date and equipping it with a resilient platform for future growth.
In addition, Zennify enhanced the bank’s Lightning interface, significantly improving user experience and adoption. Finally Republic was able to holistic customer view with the employee efficiency they desired.
