Creating a unified member experience

To deliver best-in-class member service, Solarity aimed to achieve a 360-degree view of its members. However, siloed business applications made it difficult to centralize member data and created friction across teams.

In less than six months, Zennify delivered a full Salesforce Financial Services Cloud implementation, including a modern Lightning Experience interface and deep integrations with Solarity’s core systems.

Key solution highlights:

  • Advanced Service Cloud features, including Vonage CTI and Salesforce Chat for real-time service requests
  • MuleSoft-enabled custom APIs for secure, real-time integration with Symitar Episys, FICS, Payeezy, and Mortgage Hippo
  • Integration with Microsoft Office 365 for calendar sync and activity tracking
  • Okta identity management for secure, seamless Single Sign-On (SSO)

Following this transformation, Zennify also replaced Solarity’s Marketo system with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This enabled the credit union to send over 100,000 personalized emails in a single deployment, significantly enhancing member and prospect engagement.
