I am thrilled to announce that I am embarking on a new journey in my career, and it’s one that I am incredibly excited about. As a leader at Salesforce for over a decade, I was well aware of Zennify’s reputation as financial services experts with a trusted team, rock solid delivery, consistently high CSAT scores, and a commitment to innovation and impact for their customers.
As the leader of the AMER Customer Success organization at Salesforce, I had the honor of working with executive stakeholders across our $18B customer base, helping them harness the true power of the Salesforce platform through a combination of people, process, and technology. It was an incredible experience, and I’m immensely grateful for the opportunity to lead such a talented team at Salesforce.
My passion for driving innovation that leads to material customer outcomes is what drew me to Zennify’s mission of “Make Meaningful Impact in All That We Do.” Additionally, Zennify has a tremendous depth of technical expertise in data and AI, two areas I feel will help usher in a new era of enterprise productivity. When I was presented with the opportunity to join the team and lead the company through its next chapter of growth, it just felt right.
Joining an organization with such a solid foundation, amazing culture, and an engaged set of customers that are eager to use data, technology, people, and processes to build stronger, more resilient, and more innovative businesses is a dream come true for me.
Prior to my time at Salesforce, I was the COO of Model Metrics—the first consulting firm Salesforce acquired back in 2011—as well as CEO of several other companies. Building and scaling businesses while making a meaningful impact is at the very core of who I am as a leader.
I am grateful to the founders who made Zennify the special place that it is today, our partners for their ongoing trust, our customers for allowing us to do what we love, and to everyone at Zennify for being the vital heartbeat of this great organization.
These are indeed exciting times, and I am thrilled for our next chapter together.
