What is your position at Zennify and what do you do?

Client Engagement Manager – I help to cultivate and manage highly functional teams comprised of Zennify and client resources through all phases of the project implementation process.

How long have you been working with Zennify?

Just over three years.

What does your average day look like?

My days are a good mixture of internal & client meetings (both in person and remote), impromptu team collaboration / pow wows, and company-driven initiate work.

What motivates you at work?

Coffee, snacks, and the people I get to work with every day!

What is your favorite work perk?

My favorite work perk is the flexibility in schedule. As long as I make meetings, get my work done, and am available when needed, my schedule can be fairly flexible. This is huge for a work / life balance with two little kiddos and an active lifestyle!

What is your favorite part of your role?

I love that I get to be involved in so much. I play the CEM role on several projects in which I serve as project oversight & support the internal team as well as help maintain a good client relationship. I get to mentor a team of consulting professionals as they progress through their career at Zennify. And I also get to help with company-wide initiatives such as advancing our customer feedback and satisfaction processes, our project management tool (Jira) Center of Excellence, and our non-profit / volunteer program.

What do you enjoy most about working for Zennify?

The people, the culture, and the flexibility. I also really enjoy keeping up on everything Salesforce and sharpening not only my consulting, but also technical skills!

What’s one piece of advice you would give someone considering a career in your role?

Be ready to take on a lot of parallel work. Stay organized, focused, and speak up about what you’re good at and what you would like to get better at.
