Day In The Life: Sales Solution Architect

What is your position at Zennify and what do you do?

I am a Sales Solution Architect. I work on the Sales team and help our customers get the most value out of their Salesforce implementation.

How long have you been working with Zennify?

A little over two years! Time flies!

What does your average day look like?

My day starts with coffee and a daily stand up with the sales team. Then the day can consist of a lot meetings with potential or existing customers to talk about their needs or present our approach for a project. When I’m not in meetings I’m digging into requirements and outlining high level solutions for what a project could look like to accomplish specific goals.

What motivates you at work?

Watching our customers transform their business with technology is awesome to see. It’s a good feeling when we help a business move from a million spreadsheets to a system that helps them deliver a better customer experience.

What is your favorite work perk?

It’s gotta be the swag! I have a closet full of shirts, hoodies, and hats to represent Zennify. Everyone loves awesome swag!

What is your favorite part of your role?

Learning about a variety of different business models and industries has been incredibly interesting and a great learning opportunity.

What do you enjoy most about working for Zennify?

There’s always opportunity to run with a new idea and make a difference in the company.

What’s one piece of advice you would give someone considering a career in your role?

Always keep up with the latest Salesforce and broad technology capabilities. Salesforce moves fast so it takes constant effort to learn about new products and features.
