How long have you been working with Zennify?
I have been at Zennify for five months.
What does your average day look like?
My day to day is working with a fantastic customer and Zennify project team. Every day I have multiple calls with our customer and team to complete work. Between the calls, my project teammates and I are talking or discussing items or questions we have in a very collaborative fashion. When I take a break from my project and run to the break room or walk throughout the office, all my co-workers make sure I feel welcome and some even have daily jokes for me. It is a great working environment. I have never felt I couldn’t ask for assistance or give assistance when needed and I have always felt welcome and part of the team here at Zennify.
What is your favorite part of your role?
The favorite part of my role is finding the solutions for our customer in a very collaborative fashion and being able to learn every day more and more about SF due to the expertise, experience and knowledge of my team.
What do you enjoy most about working for Zennify?
Zennify is a company that wants its employees to succeed so that our customers succeed. I love the fact that I work everyday and feel there is integrity and honesty in all that everyone does here.
What’s one piece of advice you would give someone considering a career in your role?
If you do not understand people and the pressure companies are under to implement new technologies, this may not be a role for you. You have to immediately understand the organization you are working with and the multiple personalities involved in a project and then immediately work to clearly communicate in a way they will understand all throughout the project so that everyone can be successful.
