How long have you been working with Zennify?
Just over two years, time flies!
How has Zennify supported you in your career goals?
My career goals have always been simple: work in a smaller organization where you have to use your brain and your performance directly impacts the success of the company. Zennify has fulfilled both of those goals and some goals I didn’t even know I had!
What has your journey with Zennify looked like?
Fast and furious (in a good way)! In a smaller organization, change is constant. You have to be motivated, discipline, and flexible in order to continue to growth with the company.
What’s your favorite part of working for Zennify?
The Zennify family is an amazing group of people who make me laugh and inspire me to be better everyday! Beyond that, I really enjoy the various challenges that continue stretch my abilities.
How has Zennify grown since you’ve been here?
Obviously we’ve at least doubled in the number of employees and just as impressive becoming a Salesforce Platinum Partner!!
What does your average day look like?
Every day is very different but usually it consists of meetings (internal and/or client), helping to determine the right people for a new project, following up on projects, our team, clients, mentor/mentee relationships, and work to help drive Zennify forward anyway that I can.
What advice do you have to other’s who are considering a career in this industry?
If you want to work hard, get your hands dirty and really have an impact to the bottom line, this is for you
Is there anything else you would like to add about your experience and success with Zennify?
I’ve never worked harder in my career and it is an amazing experience to be part of Zennify. Everyday presents a new challenge and everyday, we take that challenge head on and the majority of the time we come through crushing it!
