At Zennify, we are continuing to ramp our Financial Services practice to support our mission of being the most trusted Salesforce Financial Services partner in the ecosystem. We have made three strategic hires across Industry Go To Market and Sales that we are thrilled to welcome to our organization.
As a former banking strategist, Heather Rhyne-Christensen joins Zennify as our Financial Services Industry Practice Leader. We have also expanded our sales team to include a Director, Michael Mallett, and another Account Executive, Melissa Haarmann, both who join us from other Salesforce Platinum Partners in the ecosystem. These hires are key to strengthening our industry perspective and winning hearts and minds within the FINS ecosystem.
Heather Rhyne-Christensen: FINS Industry Practice Director
Heather is a seasoned banking strategist with over 10 years of experience in financial services. Prior to starting her career in banking she earned a BS in Finance from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. Heather has held various roles across Home Lending, Branch Banking, Deposit Pricing, PMO and Banking Operations. In addition to her depth of industry experience she attended Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington, completing her graduate studies in Retail and Commercial banking. Heather will be instrumental to POV conversations and discovery sessions with bankers.
Michael Mallett – Director, Sales
Michael comes to Zennify with several years of experience selling Salesforce professional services to the financial services industry. Michael graduated from Middlebury College in Vermont with a degree in Political Science. Prior to joining the consulting world he was a Salesforce customer leveraging the platform to run a global sales and marketing operation in the ski and hospitality industry.
Melissa Haarmann – Account Executive
Melissa has spent the last 7 years supporting and building long-lasting relationships with Salesforce. She joins Zennify from a previous Salesforce Platinum partner where she focused on driving new opportunities and delivering a full spectrum of consulting services across the Salesforce platform to help customers transform and improve their business. Melissa has deep expertise in Sales, Service and Marketing in the Financial Services, Retail, Healthcare and Transportation/Media industries.
