Zennify, a Platinum level technology consulting firm specializing in Salesforce and cloud solutions, recently announced their new Chief Operating Officer. Tami Miller, former Vice President of Delivery, was recently promoted to Chief Operating Officer in an effort to continue to scale and improve Zennify’s organization to meet growing customer demand. Zennify is expanding the leadership team to support their mission of being the most trusted advisor in the consulting ecosystem.
Tami Miller brings over 20 years of leadership experience and has been a key asset to the company, coming on as the sixth employee in 2015. Tami jumped right in from day one as a Senior Architect to help provide guidance during a complex implementation project and has been dedicated ever since. In her former role as Head of Professional Services, Tami helped Zennify obtain a 100% successful implementation score and an industry-leading CSAT.
Tami holds 14 years of Salesforce administration and implementation experience and seven years as a Six Sigma Black Belt project leader, combined with 15 years of operations management. Tami is experienced in the Financial Services, Automotive, Health Care, and Public Sector industries, has expertise in the Contact Center, and holds multiple Salesforce certifications.
