This role participates & maintains the planning and execution of customer implementations of Zennify's solutions. The PM must be effective in juggling multiple fast-paced engagements, and at the same time establish a trusted partner relationship with Zennify's customers. Project Managers will deliver projects using Zennify's methodologies and governance practices.
You will work closely with clients to translate project objectives into achievable timelines while utilizing Agile Scrum methodology and ensure the client achieves value from their Salesforce investment; and understand their businesses, overall goals, objectives, pain points, areas of opportunity, the definition of success, etc. and seek a clear understanding of how success will be measured in the engagement.
Typical day-to-day project activities include driving project schedules, anticipating risk and variance, cost containment and disruption handling, managing all project/people forecasts and project status communications. Project Managers will support leaders within Zennify's Delivery Organization and will direct and influence customers with customer-side project involvement, operational readiness, and project issue relationships.
