With over $1 billion in assets under management, Solarity Credit Union’s digitally focused, community-centric co-op serves more than 50,000 members and offers a comprehensive range of products and services to meet their ever-evolving financial needs. Membership is open to anyone who lives, works, worships or attends school within a Washington State school district.

Situation

Solarity was looking to provide best-in-class customer experiences by attaining a 360-degree view of its members. The company wanted to tie together its diverse and siloed business applications to centralize member data, give employees access to complete member details, increase user efficiency and productivity, and achieve consistent, scalable end-to-end pipeline management.

Strategy

In less than six months, Zennify helped Solarity achieve a comprehensive, panoramic view of its members. We rolled out a complete Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) implementation—fully integrated with core banking systems and featuring a Lightning Experience interface. Zennify also executed advanced Service Cloud features, including a Vonage (formerly NewVoiceMedia) computer-telephony (CTI) integration and Salesforce chat (formerly LiveAgent) for service requests.

Using MuleSoft, the Zennify team developed custom APIs to enable secure, real-time integration between Solarity’s Salesforce instance and its Symitar Episys, FICS, Payeezy, and Mortgage Hippo systems—centralizing the company’s data and generating actionable insights. The solution also integrates the Salesforce org with Microsoft Office 365 to consolidate agent calendars and capture activity. Finally, an Okta identity management system secures the custom APIs and provides Single Sign-On (SSO) capability, enabling all Solarity users to seamlessly access Salesforce.

After delivering this successful project, Solarity tapped us to replace their Marketo install with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. We expertly tied together systems and they are now able to send over 100,000 emails in a single deployment and deliver a customized experience for their members and prospects.
